Chrissie Pearce is a worship leader, singer/songwriter and guitarist, who heads up the musicians at Macquarie Life Church in Newcastle, New South Wales. Chrissie is passionate about leading people into the presence of God. She regularly leads worship at her own church and other churches. She is also passionate about seeing worship teams reach their full potential, for the glory of God!
Chrissie has 13 years of experience, both running departments within worship teams, as well as running whole teams. From 2003-2005, Chrissie studied at Hillsong International Leadership College where she majored in guitar and attained a Diploma In Ministry. She has had the privilege of working with worship teams in many denominations, such as Baptist, ACC, C3 and Church of Christ. One of her strengths is helping musicians to play together as one.
From performing in piano bars in the heart of New York City, to running an established music school in Colorado, to training one-on-one students in Switzerland, to developing choirs in the Philippines, Sarah Evans has impacted many corners of the world.
She returned home in 2015 with one intention; to bring the knowledge acquired from her travels to Australia. Her vocal programs have received overwhelming praise from students from all walks of life. Her one-on-one vocal and songwriting program has transformed many of her students into competent songwriters and performers. Her VocaLeague school program has brought out the potential of hundreds of previously shy school students – students who now perform with an honest confidence.
She has worked with church creative groups to bring results bigger than they had ever anticipated, and now she has partnered with Enter Worship to directly help equip vocal teams within local churches, to see their potential and develop their craft when bringing their gifts to the worship platform.

Peter has a long career in technical production where sound, lighting and media systems apply to church applications. He has led or been part of his church technical teams for over 34 years.
He is passionate that with vocational training, simple technical equipment can provide a great result for the creative team on stage and for the church as a whole. Critically the church does not have to purchase large amounts of complex equipment to get a great outcome.
Peter has academic qualifications in Entertainment, Assessment and Workplace Training and Work Health and Safety. He has long been an advocate for the development of training modules in the church.
He has a simple and uncomplicated approach to passing along complex concepts, so churches can realise an effective way of presenting the message of God to their congregation.
